Stephen Seitz is a wood worker, owner of the Briarwood Company, Ltd(Briarwood is also a franchisee of Purofirst, a leader in franchise system covering Mitigation, Reconstruction and Restoration Services). A close friend of Kevin Kelly, who helped him build his house, as documented in Stewart Brand’s How buildings learn (pp. 204-205).
