Links moved from old home page

A the time I started soours.com on dixiesys, there was a lengthy discussion around the web design community (what was to become the WaSP), about the bad habit of opening another window (remember, those were pre-Firefox days, tabbed browsing was in infancy), mainly using target=_"blank". Read about it in this discussion on a W3C forum. I also remember that Jeffrey Zeldman used the not-so-well documented target=_"eljefe".

• I originally linked to the new window bookmarklet. Today this site is mostly about music.
• I first encountered Simon Willison by reading his thoughts about target=_ »blank » & valid XHTML
• Also around the same time, I linked to david gagne‘s blogdata and Scott Andrew‘s archives. Why ?
